As the first winery-owned restaurant in the Hamptons, Wolffer Kitchen offers something truly unique. It serves local artisan wines, beers and cocktails, as well as many imported spirits as well. Located near Sag Harbor, Wolffer Kitchen has fantastic views of the water and surrounding attractions. Wolffer Estate Vineyard, which is just down the road, offers tours and wine tasting for patrons. Wolffer Kitchen serves modern American cuisine that is prepared with local, fresh, seasonal ingredients. The raw seafood bar has favorites like oysters, clams and shrimp cocktail. The Branzino is another hit and is made with eggplant caponata, grilled artichoke and saffron aioli.
