WUJI Restaurant, an innovative Chinese food restaurant concept takes the raw materials found in a Chinatown restaurant and executes them through a renewed approach where Chinese cuisine becomes an unadulterated version of its bright, fresh and flavorful self. The menu revolves around authentic recipes and preparations which make up the underlining culture of the WUJI experience. From small plates and entrées, to rice and noodle dishes, its core ingredients utilize organic chicken, pasture raised pork, grass fed beef, wild caught fish, cage-free chicken eggs, and organic vegetables. There’s no MSG hangover here, as only pure and natural ingredients are used.
