      Good food, service was bad, staff forgot some of our orders but was added in the bill. We had to check the bill n ask for some things to be taken off. We had a big group of 18 n was separated into two tables when asked for the other section was told we would have to spend $1000 to get that section. We actually spent close to $1000 . It was my brothers farewell so sitting together would have meant a lot. Will not be going there again.

      It was my first Yum Cha in years, and we celebrated both my mother’s birthday and mine. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly. We booked early and were the first to arrive before the lunch rush. Since it was a Tuesday, the restaurant wasn’t too busy - nearly half of the restaurant was filled. I asked the waitress for a specific dish, and she knew exactly what I meant. I noticed only three or four trolleys coming out, and I assumed the selection was smaller because it was a weekday. The dishes we had between the two of us were enough, but it would have been nice to see more trolleys and a wider variety. I’m not sure if the offering is different on weekends. I would like to return with the family on a weekend, but it would be nice to know what food is offered.

      Our experience at Xings was highly commendable however I did find a hair in my food. Despite this, they replaced our meal, and were very sorry. Overall experience both food and service was amazing.

      I decided to come here for a table of 12 because my friend recommended the dim sims are freshly made. I went on Sunday and booked table at noon. I saw one male chef working continuously through the glass window. He was trying his best. However there were only 3 d s trolleys , surely not enough different varieties of dim sims. Not enough waiter and waitresses. They were working hard and non stop. If those matters could improve, then I would return . We paid $338 for a table of 12. The food was good but need more variety and more frequent coming of dim sims trolleys.

      Sadly, my birthday experience at the restaurant was not the best. The staff didn't show much interest in being there or in assisting us. Felt the meals were overpriced. Service was slow; we had to ask for drinks. We probably won't go there again

      I always have a great experience at this restaurant. The food is consistently delicious, and everything I’ve tried has been full of flavor. My absolute favorite is the BBQ roast duck—it’s simply amazing and something I keep coming back for every time. It’s one of those places that never disappoints, and I always look forward to returning.
