We love the food and the vibe at Zaytoon. A few of the dishes are not to my liking but I always find a number of items that I enjoy. We like to go a few times a year.

We have eaten here several times. The food is consistently good. The service varies depending on the server. The server completely forgot to order my cocktail even after we had a discussion about which one I would choose. I wanted to drink it with the little appetizer plate that they bring to the table. When she brought the food out, she realized that she had forgotten the cocktail. She went to order it, but I decided to just cancel it because I didn’t want to drink it with my meal. Disappointing.

We just had the kefta with beer and wine at the outdoor area. But everything from the service, the ambience and the balance of taste in kefta showed us they will not disappoint.

The happy hour is confusing and when we asked feeling confused they said you needed a special happy hour menu? Also four different waiters served us our food. Then we requested a quieter table, the hostess said all the tables were taken. We noticed when we left an hour later the tables were empty? We have been to the restaurant many times and this was the most disappointing dinner experience.

Great neighborhood restaurant. Mostly full at 6pm on a Sat night with bar seating still available. Service was prompt and food came out quickly. Ordered Brussels sprouts, halloumi salad, lamb shank and beef kabobs. Everything was delicious and we would get all these dishes again.
