    We enjoyed an absolutely excellent dinner, and the experience was made even better thanks to our wonderful server, Kendal, who was incredibly attentive throughout the night. A big shout‑out as well to Mihael, the Restaurant Manager, for his warm hospitality. Kudos to the entire staff for going above and beyond—truly outstanding! Pura Vida Costa Rica.

    Great ambience, delicious meals, amazing service from our server. With love music playing in the background from a live DJ, this was a perfect setting to enjoy dinner with my spouse. We were celebrating her birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this restaurant and will return the next time we visit Reserva Conchal!

    It was Asian night and they did a fantastic job! Appetizers were great, drinks were refreshing and unique. Server was extremely nice! Manager was excellent! Loved his story about how he got into hospitality! The was a family with a lot of kids that were running around everywhere, which is not the restaurants fault, they’re located near the family pool, so it made sense… just be prepared that could happen.

    We are staying at the W and per reception advice we booked a table in advance for a special Asian night at this restaurant. When we wanted to order out food, we were informed that basically half of the dishes we wanted are no longer available. Specifically the most common and popular (Edamame, Gyozas, Mochi). This is completely unacceptable for a restaurant in a 5-star luxury resort.

    Un lugar encantador frente al mar, con un ambiente tranquilo y relajante. La comida es deliciosa y la atención del personal, excelente. Ideal para disfrutar una buena comida.
