The service and food was phenomenal. I did ask for medium well ribeye steak but what was delivered was medium so that was disappointing. Also from 3-5 am I was on the toilet so I’d imagine that was due to the undercooked temperature.

All in all, it wasn’t too bad. But, to be honest, the soft shell crab tempura was horribly overcooked and hugely crispy dry. Thanks to the restaurant for taking it off the bill, but really, the kitchen shouldn’t have served a dish like that at all.

Our host was incredibly shockingly rude. She spoke to us as if we were toddlers when we accidentally asked for another drink at last call. I am sure she was just having a bad tired evening, but to scold a table for asking for drinks again was unbelievable. We were a very quiet table and ordered tons of food - so we were blindsided when she yelled at us. I had to do everything to suppress my inner Karen to scold her back

Amazing food with every dish being superbly prepared and presented. Sadly the restaurant does attract a very corporate crowd (probably due to the prices) which detracts from the ambience and makes it overly masculine and noisy. Nonetheless it’s a fantastic spot for dinner and one of the very best restaurants in Hong Kong

Food was pretty good, although not mind blowing, and definitely not worth the price they charge, especially with very inexperienced wait staff who just threw the food down without any care or explanation, and weren't able to answer questions about the dishes when asked.

While the food was excellent, the service was really poor, and the manager did not offer anything but an apology for the poor service. For the price you pay, and the reputation of Zuma, we would have expected MUCH more

By the end of the meal, though feeling drastically under-dressed, my family and I felt welcomed regardless how we’re dressed. We loved the seasonal mushroom rice and the signature beef. The sushi and the robata grilled skewers were also fantastic. My wife and I with one child each hand the other supporting our full bellies. The meal was fantastic.
