The food was great and our server was very nice. Unfortunately the hostess was rude and it started things off on a bad note that it was hard to recover from.

Tried the $168-per-person Omakase and was very disappointed. Many of the courses were simple items like sweet potato, corn, and dumplings, while the actual sushi was surprisingly limited. Nothing felt particularly special or creative for an Omakase at this price point. What surprised me even more was the dessert course — there was an abundance of fruit, desserts, and ice cream. I would much rather see that effort and value put into the main courses and sushi instead of filling the end of the meal with inexpensive desserts. For $168 per person, I expected the focus to be on the quality, creativity, and variety of the actual Omakase experience. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing and not worth the price.

The ladies at reception were having a tough time locating guests as their tables became available. I had a reservation fro 8:30 and they called me 8:50. I didn't complain until they tried to sit me at the bar, when my reservation was for a table. Instead of apologizing, they told me my reservation was at 9:00, which was a BS of an excuse. When I asked to see the screen to confirm that, they refused. Noone realized I am returning customer having been many times to LAS, NYC, LON, MIA and MAD. Service was also not good. Definitely not worth the 350 I paid.

I really wish we would have had a better time. Food was “misplaced” and never made it to our table causing us to wait far too long to complete our meal. Compensation was offered but we still had to wait more than an acceptable amount of time for the item and overall opted not to receive it. Servers were nice but experience was not great. I really don’t think we’d return.

Amazing crab salad and soups as always. The wagyu was cold though unfortunately and less enjoyable. Wonderful service and cocktails!
