The food allergen menu, in particular, stunned me and really made the trip. As someone with (non contact) food allergies, having a menu with uncommon allergens and also knowing what dishes can be customisable without having to make the server go back and forth to the kitchen was absolutely incredible, and this is undoubtedly the best allergen-friendly restaurant I have been to!
