鮨戎隱身於台中小日本之稱的模範社區內。
本餐廳僅提供板前吧台座席。

鮨戎提供之料理以壽司為主。使用食材大多以日本當季直送漁獲海鮮，菜色隨季節交替，無固定菜單。

午餐NT.4500/席；
晚餐NT.6000/席。
（服務費10%另計）

．訂位須於兩日內完成訂金匯款，訂金為$3000/席，完成匯款後須回傳匯款後五碼之截圖訊息，始為訂位完成。

．若有食材過敏與飲食忌口請事先於訂位時備註告知，現場恕無法調整更換菜單。

．用餐前七個工作日內取消恕無法退還訂金（亦無法沿用或折抵其他消費。）

．食材將以預定之套餐內容及當日用餐人數準備，如因用餐當日減少用餐人數，不得返還該人數之訂金。

．如有慶生需求可協助代訂蛋糕，自備蛋糕酌收清潔費NT.500/顆。

午餐經驗良好，餐廳在二樓要爬樓梯，食材選擇跟料理手法都跟預料之中一樣令人滿意，服務態度是最加分的項目，清酒的搭配不落俗套，會推薦回訪

白魽不對時吃起來沒有油脂略失望，冷菜的炸魚稍乾，天婦羅魚肝稍大吃起來腥味過於明顯，整體下來瑕不掩瑜還是有水準的餐廳

裝潢很舒服，吧檯設計有輔合人體工學，服務很周到態度也很親切，只有他們家才有的酒蠻好喝的，4500的菜色吃得很享受，還會回訪。

老公生日還特別準備了超級好吃的蛋糕是師傅自己做的推推！然後淡路島的海膽真的好鮮好特別顛覆我對海膽的味道
