    We dined as a family of 2 adults and 2 children, while the restaurant is clean and the servers are nice, I still think there's some training left to offer them. Small things that make the experience run smoothly were lacking. Our server took a while to greet us and take our order, with each item of food or drinks I think it took about 2 minutes for him to find it on his tablet, it took forever to order 6 simple dishes with drinks. The starters came in a reasonable time, but we hadn't gotten our drinks yet, which we had to ask for twice. The menues were not removed from the table after taking our order, we had to flag someone down to take them. Then our mains came out while we had dirty dishes on the table from the starters. The fajita stained my husbands trousers and we had to continue to ask for napkins and for them to clear our table. Upon asking for the bill, we informed them we have the Unity points card, they said they cannot add it after you have asked for the bill (mind you we hadn't paid yet!) I went up to the manager to speak to him about the points, after spending 180 EUR for a family of 4, at least we could get the points.. Which he then sorted for us. He mentioned we have to tell the server we have the Unity card before asking for the bill, but I think if it's so important to know this before even printing the bill - shouldn't the server ask? Food was good, but unfortunately overpriced for what it is.

    After seeing mixed reviews we went with an open mind, on arrival we were greeted with a friendly smile and the lady helped me on the steps (I had broken my foot) there is also disabled access. We entered the restaurant and were seated near the stage (live music commenced at 8pm) our drinks order was taken almost immediately and arrived within minutes, as was our food order a few minutes later. It arrived hot and of a very good standard and burgers are cooked to your preference. We enjoyed it so much we have decided to visit again before the end of our holiday.

    Last evening on holiday ruined starting with a forgotten starter that arrived with mains ...mains taken away so we could eat starter...starter was cold and inedible taken away . Mains brought out , unfortunately I had the salmon noodle salad bowl ...the salmon was the same piece taken away 15 minutes ago ...I assume sat under a heat lamp to leather up and dry out to render it inedible . I ate the noodle salad it was cold as meant and tasted good , my husband ate his burger and fries as was hungry . A manager came across and enquired about my meal I told him about the salmon he said " so you don't like that either" ...implying that there was nothing wrong with the food and I was being fussy . I said I believed my salmon was original piece and not fit to eat , he said I'll speak to the chef . I asked him not to bother i didn't want to discuss further I just wanted to finish up and get out of there as evening was spoiled . We finished. Original lovely server came and I asked for bill she said that the nachos and salmon noodle salad would be removed from the bill I said id pay for my noodle salad as I ate that part but she said no it was coming off so I was very grateful to her . The servers were lovely but the food was awful and the supervisor/ manager made me feel awful for expecting edible food . I see it is very popular and very busy and does good business but this is just my experience/ point of view , I would not recommend to anyone .

    Wonderful cafe - great service & food . The service we received was the best. The atmosphere was excellent. There was a live singer - the food was super tasty and delicious. It was a great experience for the both of us.

    Can’t comment on food but service was awful. Sat down at 830 and by 910 no one had spoken to us, offered us a drink so we just left. Looked like lots of tables having issues. We went up to Henry J Beans and had a lovely meal with first class service. Hard Rock one of our worst dining experiences ever. I would avoid.

    It's always interesting watching restaurant operate. Staff were lovely but they were having to construct the furniture as people arrived. Bus new place and still developing but I did feel sorry for the staff trying to provide a service in this environment. We had a good evening, food was pleasant enough.staff were lovely but all felt a bit chaotic!

    We chose this restaurant as they offered a full gluten free menu. From the moment we arrived to leaving we were greeted with warm welcome who knew from the booking my wife was Gluten Intolerant. Our server and those who brought the food to the table also knew and took care to explain everything and to ensure nothing was contaminated. I could not fault the excellent service we were given by all, so well done and thank you
