El tema de servicio deberia mejorar, tenia comiendo mi pan en el plato y cuando veo el mesero se llevo el plato y me dejo con el pan en la mano, y otras cositas q deberían mejorar en ese aspecto

Everything from the setting to the food was delectable. Elena is a master of flavour, I was most blown away by the sauces (the white mole is heavenly). The servers were lovely, the plating exceptional, and the price is so reasonable for what you get. Honestly this was one of the best meals of our lives.
Side note, they were kind enough to split our mains so we could share everything. This small gesture really elevated the entire experience.
We will definitely be back as Rosetta is now our favourite restaurant.

La comida es excelente, una buena experiencia culinaria. No obstante, no es una experiencia fuera de serie, aquí yo culparía al mercado, que ha elevado las expectativas de este lugar, eso aumenta la demenda y por lo tanto su precio, que ya no corresponde al valor que entrega. Por otro lado, la carta de vinos es deficiente, aquí se nota que los vinos correspondían a un menu de segmento intermedio, lo que sí actualizaron fueron los precios, por ejemplo, los precios por copa llegan a costar la mitad del precio de la botella. Buena experiencia en general, aunque deben trabajar en el segmento al que quieren atender, el ambiente y su apariencia, no es de alta cocina, es un patio con platillos bien pensados y buena sazón, esto no justifica los precios. Deben modificar su rumbo, si no quieren solo atender extranjeros que solo ordenen postres.

No hubo un platillo que no nos encantara, pero el mole blanco con zanahorias fue ganador. Texturas, sabores y olores. Lo único malo, fue estar en la terraza con gente fumando alrededor.
El menú varía todos los días y usan ingredientes de temporada, lo cual impactará la experiencia cada vez. Creo que deberían entrenar mejor a su personal de meseros para que puedan transmitir estos conceptos, tuvimos la suerte de tener al sommelier quien nos describió los platillos y automáticamente nos convenció de probar cosas que ni siquiera hubiéramos contemplado
Loved the little rooms, made for a cosy atmosphere. The food was spectacular, especially the lamb gnocchi! OMG, the tiny pillows covered in braised lamb and hints of spearmint. A must! The hoja santo leaf crunchy with sugar and partnered with white and milk chocolate was divine for dessert. Will recommend this place to all.
Todo bien, pero sentí las mesas muy cerca, y muchos de los comensales son muy como la serie Made in Mexico, jejejeje, "sesean" o tienen un papa en la boca, jejejeje.

La selección de vinos por copeo es muy mala, una selección de tintos menos astringentes y blancos más apetecibles sería bueno para aquellos no pefimos botella. También la selección de cervezas muy mala. La comida muy rica y el servicio excelente!

Meal felt very rushed and service was adequate. No explanations of dishes, or any suggestions. Compared to the many other amazing places we ate at this was a bit of a disappointment
Lovely building with 3-4 levels. Staff very attentive and helpful with language issues; explained everything well and brought us samples when we did not understand the item. Food was delicious and prepared with great care. The carrots with white mole was outstanding. Pasta and sauce were handmade and perfect. No room for dessert, unfortunately. Excellent value and would return without question.

I really wanted to love our meal at Rosetta but nothing stood out that much. We had the tamal, octopus and pasta and the black cod. These dishes were executed with great technique and the plating was lovely however the underwhelming flavours did not go well together and everything tasted underseasoned. Our server was unwelcoming and seemed distracted. We really had to try hard to gain his attention most of the time. On the positive side, the interior of the restaurant was stunning and we did go to their bakery and had a delicious guava pastry that I am still thinking about.
What’s not to love? So nice I had to go there twice :) Rosetta is such a cute restaurant, it feels warm and cozy despite having three floors plus a terrace for outdoor dining. The decor, the art, the big windows which they leave open to let the fresh warm air and sounds of this cute, walkable street in Roma drift in. That’s not to say it is noisy at all- it’s just right.
The food- you can’t go wrong. But I’ve enjoyed the hoja santa mole (super unique) and the black pasta with octopus the most. The staff is attentive and clearly love what they do, always happy to answer questions about the menu or Mexico City in general.
In my opinion, this is a must go in CDMX.
Found Rosetta on Someone Feed Phil on Netflix and wanted to make sure to go since I was in Mexico City for vacation. Didn’t disappoint.
The food was amazing, the restaurant is lively and right on a great street filled with people. I would absolutely recommend going if you find yourself in CDMX.
The one small change we would have done is eaten a little later. Our reservations were for 7 and the restaurant is still just getting going. If you like lively chatter around you I would suggest going a little later at night. When we left the restaurant was very busy. This little thing in no way changes how good the restaurant is, just a suggestion.
Food was very delicious and the ambiance really made the experience that much better.
the service was not good - fast when it should be slow and slow when it should be fast. and honestly they did not seem happy or like they cared at all. this restaurant was highly recommended - I don't understand why.
The wine was especially great, and the tagliatelle was incredible. A go-to spot if you're in CDMX.
When we arrived, we are greeted not be a maitre'd but by a rushed waiter -- he seemed very distracted and put us at a table just in side the front door --- right across from the kitchen -- noisy and very unattractive. We had reserved our table at least 2 weeks in advance and very disappointed.
When we asked for another table, we were taken to the third floor - much much better.
The tables Rosetta has just inside the front door are not worthy of this fine restaurant. Better use of that space would be an attractive greeting area when clients can check in, be made to feel welcome and take a minute to soak in the atmosphere before being taken to their table.

Every dish was delicious. The room brought the outside in and was lovely. Short rib was one of the best I’ve ever had.
We went to Rosetta for a late lunch/early dinner. The restaurant is beautiful and the food was stellar. We probably lucked out going on an "off hour," but the service was excellent - the waiters took the time to give great recommendations!
