Ruth's Chris Steak House La Cantera Terrace opened November 2015 in the beautiful la Cantera community next to the Eilan Hotel .
Enjoy award-winning cuisine and gracious hospitality and allow us to tempt you with a range of entrees from the finest USDA prime steaks, to the freshest seafood and poultry, imaginative side dishes, unforgettable desserts and an award winning wine list.

Your steak is carefully selected from the finest USDA Prime beef available. It is aged to perfection and cut by hand at the restaurant. Your steak is broiled - to your exact order - at a searing 1800 degrees Fahrenheit to lock in the corn-fed flavor and natural juices. Served hot and sizzling. In fact, you can actually hear your steak sizzling from across the room.

    I received an email about a Sizzle and Sip Special with a link through Open Table to make a reservation. After being seated stated the special and ordered one of the three drinks offered in the special. After a while the waiter informed us the special was not available at this location. So why was the email sent to me with a direct link from Open Table to make the reservation ?The alarm continued to go off during our visit. Staff did all they could to improve the situation by moving us outside. The alarm situation was beyond their control so they were great in doing all they could. However as regular patrons of this restaurant the chopped salad was off and an expensive dinner was wasted as overall the experience was horrible. Will go to Capital Grille from now on.

    Ruth Chris always provides a good evening for us. We were celebrating our niece's birthday and from the hostess, to our server, food, etc., all was excellent. Truly enjoyed our night!!!!

    For couples who want to enjoy a memorable dinner and don’t consider Ruth’s Chris Steak House due to price shock would do well to give reconsider. Our full 3-course dinner was delicious yet, affordable. I left thinking that we would return after budgeting for the full experience by venturing into the full menu offering. If they didn’t shine like other fine dining restaurants, I would say their energy ant attention is on the quality of their food and providing it to its patrons at peak heat and flavor.

    The manager and some other higher up continuously came to our table asking how we were doing. Normally that would be great but only once not multiple times each. It was annoying and they kept interrupting our family conversation. Our waiter was great!

    We had the BEST experience! Sara, the GM made her way to our table to ensure we were taken care of the entire evening. Doryan was our server, and provided us with great service as well. The food was delicious, and they have a great happy hour. 10/10 recommend. They also have Haley there for their events. She is the BEST!
