    Everyone as very professional and polite. We were greeted by managers waitresses and waiters.. The food was amazing. I will dine hear again

    I was expecting and looking forward to an elevated dining experience. We were a party of nine celebrating a birthday. The server was very nice, but he was either overwhelmed or just not familiar with good service. The manager thanked us for dining as we were leaving, but never came by our table during our meal and asked us how our food or experience was. I made the reservation, but the waiter did not seem to know I was the host. So questions were not asked, or they were asked of a male guest (I’m female). He presented the check to a different male guest. We were not provided a wine list or I never saw it. The wine glasses were removed after we ordered our entrees, though no one asked us if we were getting wine. We then asked for a wine list and ordered a bottle of wine. Water glasses were never refilled. About 50% of us got the three for $60 which most of us upgraded our entrees to Ribeyes. All of our ribeyes came out very overcooked, but only one of us insisted on sending it back. We all should have or the waiter should have insisted he’d make them right. My ribeye was almost inedible. It was thin, less than a 1/2 inch and was full of fat and gristle, it was not a high quality cut of beef. We had eaten at DC Prime a few weeks ago and I was expecting an equal quality of food and service. Unfortunately it wasn’t even close. When dessert time came, those of us who had ordered the 3 for $60 were given a small round of plain cheesecake, but no one had actually been asked for dessert preference (there was a choice) those who had not had the 3 for $60 were not offered dessert or asked if they wanted dessert. Weird. My daughter’s cheesecake did come with a birthday candle.

    Terrific meal with excellent service. $60 three course is very reasonable if you don't want a large piece of meat. Appreciate the $25 corkage fee. But the muzak is awful. It is not too loud but if the dining room is not full you really hear it. Turn it off! And no disco!

    Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The food arrived cold, and after we sent it back, we were served the same food after we had already eaten from it, which was unacceptable. We also did not receive some of the sides that we ordered. The service was equally disappointing. Our waiter and the manager showed very little concern about the issues we experienced, and at no point were we asked if we needed refills or if everything was okay. We expected much better service and attention to our concerns. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant at this time. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and uses it to improve both the quality of the food and the level of customer service.

    I highly recommend the Tysons Corner Ruth’s Chris Steak House! We had a wonderful experience! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Eric and Devon were our servers and they took amazing care of us. Hosna seated us and took great care of us as well. She made sure we had bread and everything we needed and even made recommendations. She was super kind and you can tell she is a great manager! Thank you for a great date night out!

    Our food was outstanding; however, our server was below average. There was a big birthday celebration next to us, and his attention was devoted towards them. Our cocktails were room temperature, and we waited 30 minutes before getting them. I ordered a dry gin martini and had to add ice to it. I still left him more than a 20% tip because I had planned on splurging. I will not take the risk of spending so much money on the food and experiencing less than average service anymore.

    Celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary was truly delightful. We were welcomed by both our waiter and manager. Our table had rose petals all around and a very thoughtful Happy Anniversary card from the restaurant. Service and food was excellent! Our waiter, Sean, was excellent too. I truly recommend Ruth Chris at Tyson's Corner, VA
