About the restaurant
Holsteins Shakes and Buns riffs on traditional burgers, milkshakes, snacks, and “moo-shine” beverages with a funky, homegrown approach unlike any other in Las Vegas. Brought to life by local Las Vegas entrepreneur, Billy Richardson, you’ll find Holsteins Shakes and Buns located on the second level of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas’ Boulevard Tower.

Holsteins has become a staple of the Las Vegas burger scene with its menu of inventive — and, occasionally, “out there” – big bun offerings; not to mention its lineup of draft beers and Instagram-worthy shakes. Holsteins Shakes and Buns also provides an energetic and fun atmosphere for large groups with customized menus to fit every need.
