Cocktail Bar

Downtown

About the restaurant

What is "NOCTURNO"?
A celebration of the classic cocktail bar, the beauty of simple, balanced drinks, and those late nights spent with friends and family. Discover the historic cocktail families that laid the foundation for the ever-evolving world of drinks we enjoy today, along with their tried-and-true modern variations. Nocturno was born from late nights spent in dimly lit cocktail bars, where the air is filled with the fresh zest of a recently squeezed lime, the rhythmic clunk of a large ice block in a shaker as a frothy daiquiri comes to life, and the warm crackle of a vintage record setting the perfect mood in a candlelit room. This is our love song to those cozy, intimate cocktail bars—where great memories and real connections are made over tasty bevs.

Japanese Speciality

Downtown

About the restaurant

Step into the future or the past at Pachi Pachi, the immersive Japanese focused restaurant from visionary Branden Powers (Evel Pie, The Golden Tiki). Hidden inside the historic downtown Las Vegas Post Office, this 80-seat dreamscape blends Tokyo’s electric energy with lush, overgrown nature and surreal art inspired by the Global Consciousness Project at Princeton.

In the story of Pachi Pachi, artificial intelligence has fallen. The world has been reclaimed by Aya, a cosmic traveler who moves between portals to maintain balance. Guests dine among the remnants of A.I. murals now swallowed by vines, fragments of the once-mighty God Machine now entangled with the Tree of Life. Step into a portal in the bathrooms to visit eras before the machines took over.

As the night deepens, Pachi Pachi transforms into a living, breathing soundscape filled with House music, 80s grooves, and Disco rhythms, guided by DJs spinning late into the night.
