Just a totally wonderful experience from start to finish. The ambience is classy (old school steak house vibe) and I loved that it was on the quieter side. Our server was terrific, gave us a great overview of the menu and helped us make great choices, and then very attentive. The food was absolutely delicious - from app to dessert. If you are looking for an upscale dinner venue that isn’t stuffy but with amazing food, this is it! Should be on every list for an Annapolis visit.

Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.

Super delicious cocktails! My favorite Bees Knees was made perfectly, thank you! Wedge salad, Duck Confit, Lobster cocktail, filet mignon and pork chop were our selections. Everything was super tasty. Our server, Langley was wonderful and attentive. Looking forward to next time.
