Churchill's is truly one of the country's great steakhouses. It is one of only a handful of steakhouses that exclusively serves 100% USDA Prime beef from midwestern, corn fed cattle. Our beef is dry-aged and meticulously handled by our expert team. The steaks are then cooked in a custom made, top heated, radiant broiler at temperatures of 1,800 to 2,200 degrees sealing in the savory juices.

Churchill's impressive menu includes USDA Prime domestic Lamb Chops, Duroc Pork Chops, fresh fish and shellfish and other seasonal seafood offerings such as Copper River Salmon.

Our bakery turns out fresh baked dinner rolls daily along with a variety of home made cakes and desserts. First timers must try our famous "Chocolate Sack".

Our lively cocktail lounge, located in the lower level, has an elegant yet casual atmosphere.

The server we had was very attentive to us, she mad us feel at home. The fillet mignon was exquisite, and drinks were delicious.

Joule, the first restaurant from celebrated husband and wife cooking team Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi, is re-located in October, 2012 to the innovative, newly developed the Fremont Collective in Seattle’s Wallingford/Fremont neighborhood. From its original opening in 2007, Joule has cultivated a loyal dining fan base and captured the attention of an admiring local and national media captivated by the couple’s unique, modern perspective on Korean cuisine. Joule, the mature sibling to Yang and Chirchi’s restaurant, Revel, highlights Korea’s love of beef featuring unconventional cuts accompanied by distinctive and shareable side dishes.

Joule takes reservations for 1.75-3 hour time slots (depending on party size). We do our best to accommodate as many guests as possible and ask that you are considerate of other diners at the end of your meal. I had a birthday dinner with my father at Joule and really enjoyed the experience. Our waitress was wonderful - funny, knowledgeable, and attentive, though she did have to leave before we finished. The scallion pancakes and the chorizo rice cakes were fantastic but the Octopus was pretty tough and the the duck confit was just soso. I also liked my gin-sing cocktail a lot. While the service was very good, we were a little taken aback when our bill included an automatic 22% tip. Not sure if this is a common practice at nice restaurants in Seattle for only two diners (we're out of towners) but it felt a little presumptuous. However, I'd definitely go back for those chewy chorizo rice cakes!

We had a wonderful dinner here for our anniversary. Everything was excellent. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the bread loaf is worth a visit in itself. amazing. We will be back.
