About the restaurant
Taz + Kohta is an intimate omakase experience centered on seasonality, craftsmanship, and exceptional ingredients. Led by Chef Kohta, with over 12 years of experience behind the sushi counter, each menu is thoughtfully curated around the finest fish and seafood available that season. Every course reflects a careful balance of tradition, technique, and the chef’s personal expression. With limited seating and an intentionally intimate setting, Taz + Kohta invites guests to experience sushi the way we believe it should be enjoyed—one thoughtfully prepared course at a time, directly from chef to guest. Seasonal. Intentional. Personal. Omakase by Chef Kohta.

**Due to traditional Japanese ingredients, we cannot accommodate gluten-free requests. Guests with shellfish allergies may also be difficult to accommodate. Please contact us when reserving with any other dietary restrictions or allergies. Raw/undercooked foods may increase risk of foodborne illness.

Sushi
Bellevue
About the restaurant
Tucked into Downtown Bellevue, Fujiwara offers a refined omakase experience devoted to the craft of sushi. Chef Seiji “Fuji” Fujiwara and his wife, Mikako, cultivate an intimate, tranquil setting that welcomes guests to unwind. Passing beneath the Noren feels transportive, as though you’ve slipped into Kurashiki, Japan, their hometown—where thoughtful hospitality and meticulous craftsmanship come together in quiet harmony.

Guided by the seasons, each course features carefully selected fish, including rare selections that invite guests to discover new flavors and textures. The experience is further elevated by its presentation: every dish is served on a one-of-a-kind Bizen-yaki ceramic, traditional pieces from their home region.

We look forward to welcoming you into an experience rooted in tradition, discovery, and quiet elegance.

Italian
Parkland
About the restaurant
The chefs at Marzano's attain the freshest ingredients to prepare authentic Italian cuisine. Owner Elisa Marzano grew up in Vicenza, Italy, and consistently refers to these roots to design Marzano's unique yet classic menu. Once a quaint two-bedroom home, the restaurant was transformed but still keeps the rustic, home-like feel for an inviting, welcoming atmosphere. The pleasing combination of intimate lighting and natural window light make it the ideal spot for either lunch or dinner. A top menu choice is the boscaiola, which features a creamy tomato and Bolognese sauce over rigatoni pasta, topped with various spices and forest mushrooms. Guests can enjoy complimentary bread and salad with every entree, so eating at Marzano's can ensure a satisfied appetite. Marzano's also aims to please those with various dietary needs, such as diners who desire gluten-free options.

As always, the service and food was exceptional. We started with the polenta appetizer, which was divine. Our mains were the scallop dish and fusilli with lamb ragu. We finished with the chocolate torte. From start to finish, the food was perfectly cooked and proportions were generous.
