Offering a 4 course tasting menu in the front dining room and a 7 course tasting menu in the communal kitchen table. Service is provided entirely by the Rojas Family. The family will prepare the food from scratch, explain it and serve it. The menu showcases dishes of Michoacan, Mexico featuring both traditional and international ingredients, flair and flavors. Experience brought to you by chef Regino Rojas, multi time nominated chef for James Beard Award and numerous accolades all together. The service was great (Julio) and the atmosphere perfect. Quiet enough to visit with friends and our table was ready and waiting as I reserved it on Open Table. Rambo, the General Manager, is always welcoming and stops by to visit and check on everyone. Highly recommend the Cantina Laredo in Frisco (SRT 121 and Legacy).

The food was incredible, the service was a little slow, but we went on Valentines Day, so it’s understandable. Overall great experience, really good live music with an opportunity for dancing and incredibly pleasant waitstaff.
