About the restaurant
Ribeye Steakhouse, the only dedicated steakhouse in Malahide where passion for beef meets uncompromising quality. We focus on Irish-bred cattle and sustainably sourced stock from rare-breed herds, traceable from farm to fork, with a minimum of 60% genetic thoroughbreds. For us, a truly great steak starts long before it reaches the grill – it begins with expert breeding, careful ageing, and a meticulous eye for quality. Every cut is chosen for its consistency in size, rich colour, perfect fat retention, and exceptional marbling, delivering the premium flavour and tenderness you expect from a top-class steakhouse.

Had a lovely Sunday lunch here. Made a booking at short notice and we’d two lovely adult meals and our toddler loved his kids pasta. Good service and great food. The Sunday Roast was delicious and my wife had the sea bass with oysters and it was also top notch. The duck wing starters were also a hit!
