Demitri’s Taverna has several appetizers that can be enjoyed before a meal or with drinks like the flamed saganaki, yaiyai’s sloppy fries or the baked feta garlic bread topped with melted parmesan. Finish the meal at Demitri’s Taverna with an authentic dessert such as the pikilia epthorpia, kataifi pastry roll or the traditional Greek yogurt served with caramelized nuts covered in Greek honey.

The pork in my gyro was a bit dry, could use more sauce. The red onions were large rings so were a little bit much, but leaving them whole does make them easier to pick out. Menu needs more vegetarian choices! The live music for their anniversary was very nice.

Elia is a beautiful Greek restaurant. It’s a great place to go for fun drink drinks and small plates, or fine dining. Their food is high-quality, and worth the price. The grilled octopus was fantastic. We also had the chicken souvlaki, Ziziki, appetizer, and halibut entrée. All were excellent, and besides all that, the service is superb.
