Ellina is a cozy, intimate restaurant located in the heart of Aspen.
Nestled in a stone walled dining room for the perfect, cozy Alpine dining experience. In the summer, the large outdoor patio offers al fresco dining in the shadow of Aspen Mountain.
We are known for our homemade pastas and modern Italian cuisine - Chef Diaz' roots in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico often bring a Latin spark to classic Italian dishes. Our signature Artichoke Heart Bruschetta has been on the menu 15 years and still has a passionate following - a must try on the menu!
Wine is our passion, and Ellina's worldly wine lists offers over 2500 choices, with a particular love and focus on the wines of Italy and France.

We have been to Italy and studied it's masters. We have tasted (a lot) of wine. We have searched for the best ingredients, and learned and perfected the best recipes. Why wouldn't we be the best Italian experience in the Vail Valley!
The idea of growing fresh fruits and vegetables in the Rocky Mountains might seem crazy to some, but for us it is just another step in perfecting our craft. Our Chefs and Gardeners labor tirelessly to bring you the best produce and ingredients available seasonally
We try each day to live and work with a purpose. Each step of your evening has been pondered. We try hard to bring you the food you crave and anticipate your every need while you are dining with us. From the stuzzichino when you step in our door to the parting sips of limoncello.

Owner greets you and makes you feel super welcome. Breadth of menu is excellent - tough to make decisions. Veal chop was awesome. My wife raved about pesto pasta. Already made reservations for our next trip.

This is hands-down my favorite Italian restaurant in town! Every time I visit, I have an absolute blast! The food is consistently amazing and delicious, the staff are incredibly welcoming, and they genuinely love what they do. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates fantastic food in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Food is delicious and perfect size portions for me. Atmosphere and decor are very nice and service was wonderful. I'll definitely be back and will recommend Undici to family/friends.

Cucina Bella opened in the summer of 2022 and is a family-owned and operated Italian restaurant. After many years of working in Italian food restaurants, the two brothers Luis Gutierrez and Heriberto Gutierrez decided it was time to open their own, being able to provide traditional Italian (American) food and drink including pizza, Pasta, Raviolis, chicken parmesan, beer, wine, and more. With gluten-free options, we have happy hour menu Monday - Friday.

If you are looking to dine in we offer 70 seats including the bar and patio. We serve
lunch, & dinner. Delivery is available by uber
eats, doordash, and Grubhub.

Cucina Bella is located in Denver, Colorado is next to the Lowry neighborhood.

If you are booking an earlier reservation (up to 7:15pm) please be mindful of our need to reseat your table with later reservations. If you would like to dine for longer than the time listed for your party size when you book, please either take a later reservation or you are more the welcome to call us to chat about options.

If you are unable to find the reservation you are looking for, don't hesitate to call us directly! If we are fully booked, you are always welcome to call ahead (5-10 minutes out) for any available seats to dine at our bar or last-minute openings.

If you are running late or if your reservation plans change at all, please call. We can only hold your table for up to 10 minutes without hearing from you.

We are a small restaurant full of lovely, dedicated people and communicating with us candidly is always the best way. We look very much forward to your visit!

As always, impeccable service, even for a last minute reservation at the bar. Each course was balanced, & well explained. The amberjack crudo was amazing, as was the agnolotti. Can never go wrong with the cheese cake at the end!

Outstanding dining at Bruno’s Italian Bistro. We frequently dine at Bruno’s, however, I decided to try a different menu item, than my usual favorites. Their Osso Buco was an experience not to be missed. It is a pork shank instead of a veal shank, braised in a red wine reduction sauce, with mushrooms and herbs, served with crispy polenta and topped with Gremolada. It was literally falling off the bone, I never used my knife. I was impressed with how moist it was, for such a large shank. Enough for one hungry lumberjack or shared with two moderately hungry people. I ordered a side of pasta to go with it…never touched the pasta, however, it was perfect the next day with the leftover Osso Buco. The other entree we had was clams with Angel Hair pasta, always a favorite, however, the star of the show this night was the Osso Buco. You will not find a more welcoming team of staff, that truly makes you feel like you are a part of the warm, Italian family. They serve good, traditional Italian cuisine, that includes all of your favorites. Parking is plentiful in front and behind the restaurant, on Broadway. Kudos and highest recommendations to Nick and the team.
