Open seven days a week for dinner services, Cafe Diva is the place to go for a fine dining experience. It features a range of menu items created by Executive Chef Kate Van Rensselaer Rench, including offerings for vegetarians, vegans and those gluten sensitivities. Cafe Diva offers year round classics like Crab and Tomato Bisque and Venison Tenderloin as well as a variety of creative seasonal dishes.

Cafe Diva also features an extensive wine list and a cozy atmosphere making it an ideal place for a romantic evening with that special someone.

As the weather warms we offer patio seating on a first come first serve basis.

Phenomenal - Chef Kate and her team have the perfect balance of genuine connection, personalization, and attention to detail. The long history and committed staff is proof that they are doing hospitality and culinary right. We savored every bite of Chef Kate’s ingenuity, and appreciated the sommelier’s suggested glass of wine that paired just perfectly. Casey was a gem and master of the dining room. Thank you everyone for a memorable evening. We will be in again!

Farm to table dining in Pagosa Springs. Proudly serving fresh local ingredients from neighboring farmers, purveyors, and artisan favorites. Our Outdoor Dining Area is closed for the season, but it's nice and toasty inside! Summer will bring back our outdoor patio and riverside seating which adds increased availability to dine in our intimate mountain Eatery.

The food was exceptional and creative and the wines paired beautifully with each dish. It was fun sitting at a communal table as we made some new friends. We love the wine dinners as we always are surprised by new creative dishes.
