This location has been home to many restaurants over the years, and I think the changes that have made it Japango are very good and smart. We tried it first for our anniversary and will definitely be back -- a good addition to Fort Collins sushi options. I especially like the creative twists on the maki, like the Boulder roll with albacore topped with unagi.
