Welcome to Vincenzo Trattoria! We are Natasha and Colton, the new owners as of December 2024. We are so excited to carry on the legacy of authentic Italian cuisine in the Treasure Valley.

Like so many of our customers, the handmade pasta, the wonderful aromas, and the commitment to authentic Italian food is really what drew us in to the restaurant – and we knew our family had to be a part of it. We continue to make all bread and pastas in-house from scratch daily, as well as homemade sauces, hand-rolled meatballs, and nightly dinner specials using locally sourced meats and produce.

Our vision was to establish a place where families can gather, couples can celebrate, friends can reconnect, and everyone can enjoy a taste of authentic Italy. Whether it’s a special occasion, a casual weeknight dinner, or just a craving for the best Italian food and wine in Boise, we welcome you to our trattoria!

We serve only Grass Fed Hormone Free Black Angus Beef, Free-Range Chicken and Locally sourced Bison and Elk. We use Avocado and Virgin Olive Oil. NO seed oils.

Our first time here and it was absolutely divine. I had heard about Epi's for a long time and really wanted to try great Basque food and it did not disappoint. We would score this a 10 out of 10. Put it on your radar for new dinner places to try. You will not be sorry you did. I recommend the Creamy Chicken in garlic sauce. Out if this world.

This was our first visit to Terroir Bistro, but definitely won’t be our last. We started with the pear salad, which was a perfect starter. I ordered the lamb chops and my hubby ordered the mushroom cassoulet. We shared our dinners and they complimented each other amazingly well. The cassoulet had a wonderfully rich flavor with its hint of cinnamon or nutmeg and the lamb was perfectly cooked. We finished up with the apple tartan. It was the perfect dinner for a rainy Halloween night. Bob was our server and was fabulous.

What an amazing place! Old school Western Steakhouse. Everyone's food was great from the burgers to the big ole steaks! Our server was on top of it! Never an empty glass! Can't wait to go back! P.S. My suggestion is the Cattle Kabobs!
