The Rosebud is a chef-owned and operated restaurant by Eric Valente and his partner, Tam Phan. Together, they bring a contemporary fusion approach to Corktown dining,where seasonal, locally sourced ingredients meet French, Italian, and Asian influences. The space is cozy yet design-forward, featuring an open-concept marble chef’s counter where guests can watch the kitchen in action and see their dishes come to life. We love everything about the Chef's House and particularly enjoy taking friends there for the first time. They are always so impressed with the quality of the dishes, the eagerness of the students to give of their best, and the entire dining experience.
