Incredibly friendly and efficient staff. They are all awesome! The quality of the food is top-notch. The portions are surprisingly generous, especially for the price. The menu for 4 is perfect. We thought there was not enough, but we were eating our words two hours later. Great for groups or a tête-à-tête. The ambient noise is at a perfect level, you don't need to scream to talk. The cocktails are quite good, and they have a great deal on 4. I STRONGLY recommend that you reserve if you want to go between 6 pm and 9 pm Thurs to Sun or during the summer. Can't wait to go back this summer!

I came to visit Ekki Sushi at Bel Air from NY. We stayed on Bel Air property. It was an amazing dinner spot. The aesthetic was amazing and service was great. Enjoyed the unique dishes and presentation of the food. Sushi wasn’t of highest quality (speaking as someone who has high quality fish in NY), but it was still a great meal! Would definitely recommend if you’re staying in Bel Air or if you’re coming to Montremblant

About the restaurant
At Honō Ramen, it’s all in the gestures—and in the consistency of those gestures. As newcomers to the community, we earn our place through respect. Saint-Roch is like a team: we wear it proudly on our jersey, and when players fall, we’re there to lend a hand.
Speaking of respect: for us, respect is measured by the sum of all the people, traditions, and things to which we choose to extend it—and that’s what defines our integrity. Here, there is no discrimination. Respect applies everywhere: to traditions, to ingredients, to our guests, and to their experience. We want no fluff in our décor. We don’t try to influence our guests with anything other than our drive to perfect the fusion of Japanese and Québécois cultures.
