Honestly I love Saranello’s I’ve been here 3 times already. This time around I felt disappointed. It was my birthday and I selected that when I made the reservation but it was never acknowledged. I was just hoping for a candle when we ordered the dessert nothing extensive. The waitress seemed annoyed by us asking simple questions and just felt unwelcomed. She didn’t greet us just straight went into “are you ready to order?” She didn’t ask us if we wanted another round of drinks just dropped the dessert menu off and left. I don’t know if I would come again.

The Place is amazing. The food and services was very good. the only thing was that for being first time going to this restaurant, the waiter did not mention that the pasta for not included with our order. But besides that it's a very nice place to have dinner.

Our entrees were served cold and had to be sent back. Server forgot about our salads and our cold entrees were served approx. 3 minutes after our salads.

We celebrated an important event and we had the most amazing server, Randi. Who recommended the family style menus, it was absolutely incredible and well worth the price. Everyone had enough portions and Randi made sure to evenly spread out the portions so nobody got left out during each course. I can’t thank Randi enough for the incredible experience, all—around. We will definitely be coming back very soon.

We made a reservation for four through OpenTable, and we were seated immediately upon arrival. Everyone in our party enjoyed the experience and the food. The chopped salad was amazing, and the Chicken Parmesan was excellent and served in a generous portion. I requested it be placed on a bed of spaghetti and it was served as ordered. The service was exceptional; our server, Mike B., was attentive, professional, and very knowledgeable about the menu. One of the managers, Coby, also stopped by our table to say hello and ensure we were satisfied with our experience. We highly recommend Saranello's!

Food taste was very good, but mash potatoes and the appetizer - sausage and peppers were lukewarm at best, not hot at all. Service was very good.
