We came for restaurant week and unfortunately we really came on a bad night at SeaSalt since there was some kind of wedding rehearsal dinner or something like that and the restaurant was way understaffed. Our server struggled to take care of us with all the work he had to do to serve the large tables of people near us. Our appetizers were fantastic-scallops. Then the short ribs came. Mine was all fat and absolutely disgusting. I told the waiter and he took my plate away and in five minutes or so brought it back with a new short rib. Really ruined the dining experience since my husband was done by the time I got my meal back. The deserts were great. We asked for water multiple times and never received it. We got our bill and they didn’t even comp Us for anything until I asked and they comped 1 glass of wine. What a shame to not staff your restaurant properly. Don’t think we’ll go back.

This is our third visit this year. I hate to be the one who complains but I’m disappointed. The food was great and came out quick. But almost too quick as they had the dinner as soon as we were almost five with apps. We were only 1 of 3 tables. We were never offered another drink. Once our dinner was done we sat 20 minutes before our server asked if we wanted dessert and then even longer for the check. For over 200 dollars i guess i just expect more. I probably won’t be back for dinner

Unfortunately, we never got to eat. I understand the Jersey shore season is coming to an end, but they literally had no help. It took 15 to 20 minutes to get a drink at the bar while we waited for our table. Once we got our table it took another 15 to 20 minutes to close out the Bill at the bar. And then when we sat at our table, no one even came to the table or acknowledged us for over 35 minutes and we decided to leave.

Best 1/2 Roasted Chicken ny wife ever had. The mashed (smashed) potatoes were also very flavorful as were the green beans and baby carrots. I had the 6 oz filet mignon and is very flavorful and cooked to a perfect medium.

A very nice restaurant in a great location. Upscale and up to date. Apple salad was perfect as a starter and delicious. asparagus heaped under the fish were tough and went uneaten. Salmon was perfectly cooked (rare).. Some sort of mushroom served on top of the dish was like flavorless gelatinous rubber. Why was it there? Service was attentive but not intrusive.
