Had not been here in several years and it seemed quieter than remembered. But that may have been due to the very cold and snow-threatening weather. Menu has changed somewhat -- still some interesting and unusual dishes. The biscuits and chili-gravy were good, with a couple of caveats: the biscuits are big and dense and really needed the soft-fried egg to moisten them; the limited amount of chili-gravy wasn't sufficient by itself. The tuna dip and potato chip dish was excellent: a nicely smoked tuna taste to the dip and very flavorful, crisp chips to put it on. Satisfying!

Despite having a reservation we had to wait nearly 25 minutes for our table. That would have been okay but there isn’t really a wait spot so we were stuck standing next to the door.
Food and service was fantastic. Only negative was how loud it was inside, but it just means the crowd was lively.

I don't know what it was last night, but our meal was perfect. The bread and ricotta, lamb pasta, broccoli, brussel sprouts, meatballs, lam chop, and the special -black cod. I feel like everything was just jiving in the kitchen and every dish came out perfect-I'm not exaggerating. So good. Thanks for a wonderful meal to round out 2019-truly special!

Price is too high for the very small portion of not very tasty food. Barmen makes drink not from scratch but from premix. I ordered Bloody Mary and it was so hot and spicy that I cannot drink it, literally. That drink I ordered many times in my long life itime n very different places and different countries and never have a such a problem.

I have never been disappointed the times I’ve come for dinner or happy hour. This time we arrived for brunch. The waiter was great and explained the menu well. But after we got our food we didn’t see him again. After I walked up to the hostess and asked for water and our check, which she brought, the waiter returned with our receipts and cards, plopped them on the table and mumbled a begrudging thank you. He was like a different person. ???

The portions are extremely small. the pasta dishes are served in small soup bowls and filled to a quarter of the volume. You need to order 2 entrees per person.
We had a wonderful experience with excellent service and amazing food.
Restaurant was great. One of the dishes (gnocchi with cacio e pepe) was not executed as well as other versions of the dish I’ve had in the past.

This was our one year marriage anniversary celebration with my parents. Drinks & charcuterie were lovely. Pasta & broccoli was DIVINE! Our server was impeccable! (I feel horrible I can’t remember his name) He surprised us with dessert for our special occasion!
I had the Yukon potato gnocchi and it was phenomenal. One of the best pasta dishes I've ever had. Loved the ambiance as well. Great overall experience.
The portion sizes were noticeably smaller. The meatballs (considered a "Large Plate") were smaller than ping pong balls, when they've typically been much larger. Moreover, the kale served with the meatballs was so scant, that I had to dig for the few leaves offered in the dish. The broccoli was also a smaller portion than what we've seen in the past. Maybe this is the restaurant's way to increase profits: Decrease portions by 25-30% and charge the same prices.
I haven’t been here for a while. The charcuterie board is good as always. We ordered two pasta dishes that were $20 a piece and smaller than an appetizer size and some burnt broccoli. Not impressed with tiny portions with a big price tag even for Seattle and left hungry.

Nice place for dinner with good food although some portions are quite small. I know the Seattle area is expensive but while the $22 bowl of tortellini was excellent it could easily have fit on a bread plate.
Very dark, no ambience. Some food better than others - the carbonara is basically not a main dish and left one member of our table hungry. No espresso drinks at a restaurant in a hotel! Good set up for kids which was helpful.
The bar is this restaurants best feature. The dining room and booth seating felt like “they don’t want you to get to comfortable and stay too long”. The chairs are old school house furniture (or replicas) And a misery if you have long legs! Food was was good, not brilliant. And the dining room was extremely loud.
I reserved the wine room for a party of 12. Excellent service & food! I cannot wait to come back! Thanks for taking such good care of us!

The staff, food, and ambience were all fantastic! The shaved brussels sprouts and quinoa salad was the highlight. I can't stop thinking about how amazing that dish was and need to get back to have it again.
This is my favorite brunch spot in Seattle. I've been a customer for almost five years now and it has never disappointed me. Reservations are a must.
Our server was poorly trained and spoke in a low voice impossible to hear in the
Noisy restaurant. She rolled her eyes at us more than once — just not ok!
The food was fine, but many places have “dine” food—why bother going back there?

We loved the food and the atmosphere of the old hotel and the service was great. The noise level was intolerable for a fine dining establishment. They need to do some acoustic tiling or muffling. We needed to wrap up our dinner early because our ears were ringing. Not so good.
I keep giving Stoneburner a chance and every time I regret it. Server was nice but not great at her job. Food came out in strange order. The steak was incredibly tough.
The food was outstanding, service was the BEST, and the ambiance was perfect.
The hostess blatantly and awkwardly lied to us about the booth availability when asked if we could switch tables.

My previous visits to Stoneburner have always been excellent. However, during my recent visit on 10/26, I found the service to be subpar. When I asked our server about the different cheese options, he did not seem knowledgable (he said something to the effect of a "stinky" vs. "not stinky" cheese as his only description). Our food, while DELICIOUS, was rushed. We asked for the cheese and meat appetizer before the rest of our meal, and instead he brought it all out at once. He did not ask us how the food was, did not ask us if we wanted dessert or anything else (which we did) and just dropped the bill on the table. This was disappointing as I love the atmosphere and food at Stoneburner, and have previously had wonderful service.
First time at Stoneburner and looking forward to the next. Loved the octopus, baby green Caesar and the pepperoni homey pizza. Plenty for two to share.
Stoneburner has some unique dishes and special selections of the day. It was a little pricey but fine for a special occasion. The service was great.
Went for a late brunch. Blood Mary was lovely and service was friendly. My burger was decent. It was overdressed and the ciabatta bun was stale. The meat was high quality and cooked perfectly but the Fontina cheese wasn’t melted. Will be back for dinner but not brunch. The kitchen in the evening is more consistent.
Been here a couple times before and this was not the best, but it was not bad. Pizza was burned. The restaurant was very accommodating to a last minute change in party size which was appreciated! I’ll definitely return, but I think it is better to go here for a group size of 2-4 people.
