I love the Sun Cafe! It’s always fantastic! I had a reservation for a lunch meeting and when I showed up the gate was closed, there was no one there, they were not open! I called and there was no way to leave a message. I don’t know why they were closed without notice. I hope they are not out of business, that would be very very sad….

The food at Sun Cafe was exceptional; very tasty and good portion sizes. Service was without any problems. For me, the hot chocolate was not hot enough but they quickly heated it up. My friend got a hot chocolate too but he thought his was fine. I just happened to like it piping hot. Would definitely come back. Five star. The background music was a little bit loud for me. But I would still eat there. A great experience. And for all of you with digestive issues, which I have, I left without any problems in that area. Clean food!

Their menu has changed!!! I guess a while ago, but we stopped going because it used to be all vegan. They now have vegan menu AND vegetarian/pescatarian. Always beautiful food served and so deeelicious!!! great menu! Place is not crowded. Lovely environment. I liked it so much for lunch Friday that I returned with my husband for breakfast the next day!

Beautiful patio, so lovely and quiet. Great waiters and service. We have come here for years and when we decided to book a table for Valentine's Day we didn't do any research first - we didn't know they had a prix fixe menu for the holiday! So delicious and varied, very special.

We happened upon the holiday prixe fixe menu and it was great timing since we were having a missed late lunch dinner combined. It was so delicious and a tremendous value for the quality and quantity of food and presentation.

OKAY!! First let me start off with this my first time ever hearing of a “pre-fixe” menu let alone at a vegan/vegetarian establishment. IN MY OPINION, Sun Cafe and crew was exactly what I wanted to experience for a Valentine’s date. Also! FIRST TIME EVER MAKING A RESERVATION FOR SUCH A BUSY DAY! The crew accommodated my request for a booth and treated us kindly! LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SPOT!

So fricking loud. And we were the only people there for breakfast. I don’t want blaring rock music with my huevos rancheros. Billy Idol blasting my ears at 8sm is ridiculous. Seriously the volume of music is so deafening it drags everything that is good about this place down. I won’t come back until I forget about the music volume and then I’ll return and be reminded of why it’s been so long. Do you want customers or not?
