This was my first time at Ted’s and first time trying Bison. Wonderful experience, I was planning on bringing family friends back. Unfortunately I was notified by the waitress that after 20 yrs this restaurant is closing.

I always enjoy going to Ted's Montana Grill. I love the bison burger which is why I go. Unfortunately, this location will be closing on March 15th or so, and the next closest one is out of state. So this maybe my last visit to a Ted's Montana Grill.

Great location (about half a block west of Radio City Music Hall) for some pre-theater drinks or full dinner. The house pickles are a great complement to any sips and if you tell the staff that you have a curtain time to get to, they generally work fast to get you out of there on time.

Customer service was a 10/10, and for that, we will be back. On this day, there was a snowstorm in NY and two previous reservation at other restaurant’s cancelled due to closing early. We made another here, and within five minutes, they called and asked if we were close, as they were going to close as well. But guess what? They waited for us and treated us like family. Didn’t make us feel rushed and I truly appreciated that because we had our hungry toddler with us. Old fashioned- 10/10. Should out to that bartender and server. Should out to the kitchen staff. Food was fresh, very underseasoned but I didn’t even care. The heart of this staff was beautiful and for that, we will be back and try it again. I pray they all got home safely.
