An amazing surprise tucked in a Brookhaven shopping center. One would have no idea that the interior is so appealing until stepping inside only to reveal the heated and cooled covered patio with lush gardens, fireplaces, and awesome lighting (great for date night). The wine list is a 18-time Wine Spectator Award winner, and the executive Chef Charles Zeran delivers up nightly specials (sign up at www.terraterroir.com) and innovative American fusion dishes (great small dishes and hamburger as well). And a top-shelf and intimate Bar Terroir with a daily happy hour with Sam the Man. Check online reviews and you will see people don't just "like" this place: they "love" it. Reasonable pricing, fresh locally-sourced food and the best patio in Georgia. And if you like ambiance, attentive service Terra Terroir delivers.     Overall, we had a really good dining experience at Terra Terroir! Our server, Mary, was top-notch, and the Old Fashioned did not disappoint! Everything was really good except the chicken breast, which unfortunately was dry. I generally love chicken breast, but only when it’s moist and properly prepared. I’m not sure whether it was overcooked or sat too long before being served, but it was disappointing. I probably wouldn’t order it again unless I felt confident that more attention would be given to its preparation. That said, the service, atmosphere, and everything else we enjoyed made for a lovely evening!

    During a trip to Atlanta, I had the opportunity to eat at Terra Terroir. My companion and I each had that evening's special: halibut & asparagus in an amazing cream sauce on a croissant. The server jokingly referred to this as a filet-o-fish sandwich. While it certainly has the components of a sandwich, this was a fabulous knife and fork entree. We liked it so much, that we came back the next night for dinner. We chose that night's special, which was also terrific. The food is great. The service is friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is eclectic (suburban greenhouse meets fine dining). I highly recommend Terra Terroir.

    We wanted a light dinner, and the small plates we ordered were perfect, served with delicious hot fresh bread. The garden room is lovely.

    We used to come here and found it charming. Now the food is mediocre and the prices are super high. We paid $140 for two appetizers, two salads, and two beers. Won’t be back.
