Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing compared to our previous experiences. The meats were very gristly, and the overall quality seemed to have declined significantly since our last visit. Service was also slow and inattentive, with long gaps between visits to our table. We chose Texas de Brazil for a birthday dinner expecting a great experience, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations, especially given the price.

everything amazing as always, but the server never asked us if we needed something, he was just talking to his coworkers while we wanted to order drinks but ended up just having tap water.

Honestly we came here for dinner and was disappointed by the service and where we were sat. We definitely did not get the full experience of tasting all the meats because of where we sat, I was so irritable by the end of it when we were already full and meats we never even seen were coming to our table. Also the server was having trouble with another tables ticket and the managers didn’t even help her right away so it affected our service and I was over all so disappointed. The food itself was good and probably the only good thing about the experience

When we arrived at 8 PM, the hostess sat us near the front door away from all the other patrons in the restaurant. It took about 10 minutes for the server to come over and greet us, in fact, one of the managers took our drink order first. Then we noticed that none of the meat selections were being offered to us because we were so far away. We attempted to flag down several servers and the hostess, but nobody seemed very concerned. The meat was lukewarm. It wasn’t even hot as it should be and the selections were very limited. The server apologized a few times for the service over the evening, it was not directly her fault. I was disappointed that the manager never came back to check in on us, a dessert or discount was not offered for the lack of professionalism during our dining experience. We have been here before and never had service this poor before, but it makes it an easy choice at $140 total to never come back again. I called today and spoke to a manager to advise of the situation that I had occurred the night previous, he apologized profusely and asked if there was anything he can do. I stated that in lieu of a refund there isn’t much that he can do now. I was grateful that the call was recorded so they couldn’t use it for training purposes in the future. Overall, the experience was very poor, I’m not sure what was going on.

Normally we enjoy going to Texas De Brazil but this trip was different. Took a long time for all of us to get our drinks, then to get refills. Took a lot of time to get different cuts of steak. We were in the very back of the room, felt like we were somewhat forgotten

Hostess wasn’t the friendliest, but our server was nice, I made a note that it was my husband‘s birthday. Unfortunately they don’t do anything for birthdays here although we spent almost $200. Overall not worth the price point for them to not even mention his birthday and for the service to be mediocre . Cheesy bread was absolutely amazing though not sure if that’s worth going in at this price point though lol

We've been to Texas de Brazil many many times and always enjoyed our experience but this was the first time we did not really enjoy our dining experience. The meat was mostly overcooked despite asking for medium rare. It was hard, chewy and mostly inedible. It was also a special occasion-birthday. They did not offer us a sweet treat but I don't really care about that as much. The meal itself was a let down.

We’ve been here several times and it’s always a treat to spend time with our daughter and son in law and our grandbabies. This round it took longer than usual to have the servers come around with the meats. It was nearly 15 minutes after we sat down from the salad bar before the first server showed up. The food was wonderful as always but one server smelled like a cigarette and it was quite off-putting.

I've been to Texas De Brazil multiple times this year. This most recent experience I was celebrating my birthday. The food was great like always! The service was okay. Atmosphere was a bit dead. Not sure if that's because of the new location opening up north. Might have to give the other location a try. Overall I'll always be a customer of this place. I just wish I could get more perks for as much as I go

In April of this year, I signed up for e-give-back card for just under $70 where I earned 12 1/2 priced dinners. I was sent a receipt for my order. Prior to last night, I used the e-give-back card for 2 dinners. When I last used it, I showed the receipt for the order. Last night, it was insisted I used a 12-digit number which was purportedly sent to my email (but was never received). I presented a copy of the email confirming the order for the e-give-back card. They did not honor what I had paid for and charged full price for 3 meals. Moreover, I called 1 hour in advance of our 6:00 pm reservation for 3 and requested that they prepare meat for 1 rare and without salt (as I had done every time prior I went). We arrived at 6:00 pm. and they did not seat us until 6:40 p.m.. They did not prepare, as requested the meat for one without salt and rare...so, it was not until after 7:00 p.m. that the meat I had requested was presented as requested. Then we suffered through the whole rigmarole of being presented a check with 100% instead of 50% (as had been paid for). I will challenge this unfair charge with American Express and will probably never return. "Good will" is defined as the "propensity of the customer to return to the shop."
