   Luis is the best server there by far. He definitely goes above and beyond and always make it feel special. every year we make this is one of our favorite spots for the past 10 years. Filet mignon au povre style Wow... Thanks Luis and good luck in the future.

   The wrong drinks, the wrong entrees and very poor follow-up! Three dinners there in the last four weeks! The waiter we requested was off tonight (Lionel-the best)! They could care less about us!!!

   Attentive service. Amazing food. Filet & pan-sautéed salmon cooked & seasoned perfectly. Delicious sides: mashed potatoes smooth instead of fluffy but melt-in-your-mouth delicious; baked potato was huge; green beans almandine were sublime. Nice atmosphere—you know you’re still in a casino by the TVs at the bar and outside the glass walls, but the music is nice. Only suggestion is a more varied wine list by the glass (no dry rosé, really?), but overall an excellent dinner. Vodka gimlet made with fresh lime juice was the second best ever (The Ivy, Santa Monica holds the #1 spot with its muddled mint). Surprised it wasn’t packed on a Saturday night. Hidden gem!

    The food was very good however I feel $120.00 for a lb of King crab legs was a little pricey considering all the crab leg buffets in Las Vegas.

    Had a reservation for a party of 8. We were celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday. Food, service, location and atmosphere were all excellent. The whole table ordered filet mignon that were so tender you could cut it with a fork. I definitely recommend this place.

    Conveniently located when entering main entrance. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable. Our table was served by Gary who was a delight. Food was delicious. I have been to this location several times and have never been disappointed.

    First time visiting the Charcoal room. Nice ambiance ,staff was friendly and courteous. Food was good, but not Great. Ribeye steak was large and good, but could have been better. Very overpriced on seafood 170$ for a pound and half crab legs. Overall not a bad place, but definitely overpriced. Probably would not recommend or try again .

    Outrageously delicious steaks! I'm not sure why they give you a steak knife with your steak, but I guess that's because they are steaks. You certainly don't need one! A butter knife will do. Delicious flavor meat, too. The steakhouse chopped salad was delicious. The seafood jackpot had three (or four?) half-cut king crab legs, two oysters, two jumbo shrimp, and one half lobster tail. It was all very delicious! The seafood platter was served with shallot mignonette and spicy (and a little sweet) cocktail sauce. Raisin bread, sourdough, and pretzel bread was served with the meal, along with softened butter. The loaded baked potato was very large and good, but served a little on the cold side. Decent service. Nice atmosphere. Plenty of drinks and cocktails, but we didn't drink alcohol on this visit. There's a small bar inside the restaurant. All the menus I see posted online are out of date, old prices. So, I posted up a new one.

    We had the Seafood tower and the Porterhouse steak. The food was delicious. Our server was Douglas. He was excellent. We went early to avoid any crowds. We enjoyed our meal.

    Our server, Luis, was fantastic. Very professional yet friendly and attentive. He was quick to check on dietary restrictions for my wife and the chef made the chicken dish dairy free for her. I had the grass fed filet and it was delicious and perfectly cooked. The value was very good compared to what other quality steakhouses charge. The only thing about this restaurant is that it is in Palace Station so not too fancy but that’s what we were looking for to celebrate my birthday. We will definitely be back.

    I had filet mignon and it melted in my mouth. Others have talked about the great service they have received and I will fully agree with them. The table next to us was very challenging trying to get points for their dinner. Our server was very patient explaining that they didn't qualify for all the points they thought should have come to them. We were uncomfortable with how they treated the server, but he was very professional.

    Fabulous! Everything was perfect. Our waiter Rick helped us with recommendations and he was spot on. He gets an A+ and the food was exceptional. Still they gave us the biggest baked potato I have ever seen. Thank you.

    The service from Gary was excellent. The Filet was perfectly prepared and tasted great. The spinach was perfectly prepared. The margarita and apple martini were perfectly prepared. However, the caprese salad was really disappointing. Never have I had a caprese salad without mozzarella or burrata - spare crumpled Gorgonzola doesn't cut it. Avoid the caprese appetizer if you love a good caprese salad.

    We went for our Anniversary and it did not disappoint. The server, Jackie was wonderful and the good was amazing. This was probably the best steak I've had in quite awhile. It was seasoned and cooked to perfection. We would recommend highly!
