The Chase is our passion for casual elegance. Our rooftop restaurant highlights what we love most about upscale dining, and presents it in a modest, welcoming and thoughtful way. Our ongoing chase for the finest ingredients from around the world coupled with simple and uncomplicated flavours is the foundation for our culinary philosophy. Using refined techniques from Italian and French cuisines we formed a menu that can be best described as Contemporary North American. It celebrates the beauty of simplicity and keep you craving more. The service is detailed and technical, but as comfortable as being at home. The room is
sophisticated, but refreshingly approachable and unpretentious.

    Our favourite Friday night spot when in town. Lauren is an amazing server. Branden is great to us. We feel like going home to old friends when we arrive. The team is amazing!!!!!! Look forward to our next visit.

    It doesn't get much better than The Chase. Sommelier Brendan elevates the entire experience well beyond highest expectations. The cuisine is thoughtfully, creatively, and deliciously prepared. Service is unparalleled- a combination of top professionalism and pure friendliness. And The Chase is simply beautiful. Hats off to the entire team.

    Once again the best experience!!! The food, service and ambience is incredible! Took my friend for his birthday and he absolutely loved it…they even surprised him with a dessert 🍨 delicious.. every Friday half price oysters 🦪 and champagne 🍾 yummy 😋
