Food was only lukewarm. Service was good. Not comped for the lukewarm food only given a coupon for free appetizer next visit. Honestly this place is so hit or miss at their price level (near top end Kingwood) we probably won’t be back.

Great service initially but then waited over 40 minutes to get our food. The restaurant was not full and people who came in after us received their meals before we did. We had to flag the manager down to get our food. And the food was underwhelming to say the least. We ordered a side of bacon and it tasted and looked like it had been made hours before and microwaved. The manager did comp our drinks for the long wait. Overall, I will not return and would not recommend to others.

Restaurant was closed ! We arrived to find it locked up and dark. Water at my house was out due to snow-vid ( bust pipe) and was hoping for hot meal for family. No phone call from restaurant and this app still assumed everything was proceeding as plan. Would have been nice to have been alerted to restaurant not being open or at least a sign on the door with an apology and saved myself and my family the wasted trip.

Our dinner was delicious. The Amore Ravioli was not only pretty but was very tasty could have made it a complete meal. Lobster bisque was just right. Green Goddess Salad was also delicious. The Snapper was excellent as was the Encrusted Chicken. The Death by Chocolate was out of this world, however the Pillows of Love were a bit dry and really not edible for me. That was the only item that did not make the cut. Our waiter Alex was wonderful and very gracious. He saw that I did not care for the Pillows and wanted to bring something else in it's place. I declined his nice gesture. We Love the Union Kitchen and will return. Thank You for making it such a nice Valentines for us.

It was a wonderful Valentine’s Day brunch. The food and service were amazing as usual.

Had a great Valentine’s Day brunch there. Glad one of our favorite restaurants has weathered the storm and is able to be open again.

Sunday Brunch

Always enjoy our meals at UK. Staff is friendly and Maddie is a great waiter !

You won’t be disappointed with anything here. I guarantee that you’ll love every dish there. We’ve tried almost everything in the menu and we are always satisfied. The service and food are devine.

The lobster omelette was sooo good and since I am keto they exchanged the potatoes for grilled vegetables at no extra charge or hassle. The waitress was super attentive and friendly but not obtrusive. She kept our coffee cups filled even though we sat for a while just visiting. I absolutely would recommend Union Kitchen for brunch and ask to sit in Bri’s sextion!!

Our waiter, David, was great. The “special” was breakfast tacos served lukewarm on cheap tortillas, filling was underwhelming. The hash browns were hot so my guess is the tacos sat and got cold while they waited on the hash browns. But still the flavor of the tacos was not worth $15. Also ordered biscuits and gravy. The gravy was warm and biscuits were cold so again not impressed. We will go back as we have had great brunches there in the past. Just won’t be ordering any “special” breakfast tacos.

The overall service was EXTREMELY slow. We waited nearly an hour to get our first drink. We ordered an app but did not show till much later. Mean while we ordered wine to have some control over our libations beyond the terrible bar service, but we got empty glasses quickly but no wine. I hailed the manager to assess our table of no wine or food after an hour of being seated. He was very argumentative after saying it was a busy night and nothing he could do. Bottom line is the food was good and the waitress (Vanessa) was adequate, but the manager was rude and had no interest in providing any customer service. We are VIP members and really disappointed in the response from management and will think twice before returning. Note we eat out twice a week.

Brunch with a friend. Staff was pleasant and courteous. Seemed odd that with all the available tables we were seated at one of 2 tables without a table cloth. Service was prompt, attentive and unobtrusive. The Cali Benedict was very good. The potatoes a bit disappointing: lacked flavor and dry. The crab omelette was perfect. Would have liked to have seen some “lunch” options on the brunch menu. Enjoyed the experience and will return again soon.

We went for NYE and were exciting fir the special NYE menu. When we arrived at 830 we were seated and given the regular and the special menu. We decided we wanted the special NYE menu and tried to order but our waiter told us it was sold out (at 830) and we should not have been given that menu. Now disappointed, we ordered off the regular menu. We ordered the crab tower which said lump crabmeat, but was not- it was more like a crab salad with Mayo. I ordered the lobster grilled cheese, which said it had Ted and green pesto, but there was no pesto taste at all, it was good but not great. My husband ordered fish and chips which was supposed to come with Cajun slaw- came with no slaw and when he asked, he got a bowl of plain coleslaw. And service was so so and when we told our waiter the food was not as described, he seemed to be oblivious to the fact we weren’t really happy. In general a disappointment and not worth the money- we won’t teturn

It is a very pleasant surprise to find a nice restaurant not too far from home. Union Kitchen left an impression that will make us go back for more!
