Service was excellent. Food very good. Wine a bit overpriced by the glass.
This place is timeless. Take someone you care about for a great experience, great food and fall in love.
We went in for a pre-theater bite to eat and a happy hour drink.
Live music had already begun by 5:30 PM. Service was outstanding.
We had an elevated corner banquette seat with great view of the bar and musicians.
Took myself on a date and had a wonderful time. Food and live music was phenom
Outstanding! Food was delicious. Service was excellent. Music was AMAZING!!!! I loved everything about this place.
We enjoyed the sounds of the Tim Brey Trio and the restaurant week tasting menu. The Trio welcomes local musicians to sit in on the jam; what a pleasure to witness. Service was great and the tasting menu was superb. The chef graciously modified a few items due to our dairy allergy. Wonderful!
Third visit in 7 years. The music scene is eclectic and the food is very good. The crowd is diverse and always pleasant to be around. I wish this place existed in the Washington DC area cause I would frequent it. The jazz places in DC are more uptight.
Great bands, Great food, Great service, & Great Atmosphere..
Had such an amazing time. Will definitely come back.
The food and drinks and service were wonderful. We ate in the main dining room and while we thought we may hear live jazz music, it was more like a rock show. The band playing was wonderful, but even sitting across the room from them, the music was so loud I couldn't talk to the person in front of me until they took a break. I think Time is a wonderful place to visit, but depending on what kind of ambience you want, it may require prior research into who's playing. There's also a whiskey bar to the side of the main room that is a little quieter, and also very charming.
Horrible band sucked for New Year’s Eve boring I rather went to anthor bar waitress was bad over priced
The p portions seem to be smaller, then when I have previously went .
This had to be one of the most disappointing dinning experiences I've ever been a part of. Everything that came out was just simply COLD. Cold macaroni, cold calamari, cold fries, cold everything. If it was not for my guests, I would have kindly sent everything back. Very disappointing TIME.
Beuatiful cozy setting! Great wine list and amazing bartender! Our server was attentive and lovely !
There was no note made of needing proof of vaccination to dine at the establishment.
Food need improvement. Chicken sandwich was bland. I asked the waitress for ginger ale, she brings me Seltzer water then when I told her this wasn’t ginger ale. She admitted that they ran out of ginger ale a day ago. Service not the best. Less enjoyable and tasteful to have people stand in large crowds in front of the dinning tables while trying to enjoy an intimate meal as well as live entertainment. My boyfriend and I was very upset and not pleased at all! When I told the waitress, she brushed us off. So this will be our First and Last time here at this establishment.
My husband and I went to Time to celebrate our 6 year wedding anniversary, and the experience was absolutely divine. The wait staff (Alexandra particularly), was very friendly, engaging and sociable, and the live entertainment was very funky and fresh. Our meal was exquisite, and I highly recommend the bone marrow and steak entree. Our cocktails were on point and very delectable. All in all, if you haven’t experienced Time…..make the time. We can’t wait to return.
Nice place. Food was very good. Sammy and Ariel tended to all our needs. Was nice that they had live music on a Monday night, however, we needed to order drinks at the bar when it got quite busy about 9:30pm when the music started.
Really nice place! Music and restaurant are amazing! The life music fee is just 5$.
Wedding pre party
Looked like a restaurant on line with menu, looked like a bar when we walked in but it turned out to be a really good restaurant! The service was quick and the food was delicious. We had wings, burgers and the coffee cannolis. There was a terrific jazz band playing and it was not loud, just the right amount of ambience. Highly recommend!
Really Enjoyed the time. The ambiance was classy and had a good time.
Had the smoked eggplant, which was amazing. Excellent, friendly service, great esthetic, terrific music, very comfortable. Highly recommend the restaurant.
Really great Jazz music. Musicians were incredibly talented and great to see
Extremely busy, too many people standing around the bar to the point of bumping into our table with drinks and food. There was no monitoring of the amount of people, and couldnt hear the live music we came for. Was very disappointing
Great service! Wonderful greeters outside too!
We enjoyed an early weeknight dinner at Time before a Phila Orchestra concert. To our delight, there was live music starting at 6pm! The jazz trio was a perfect accompaniment to our meal. Delicious cocktails, salad and entrees. The menu was limited, as we are finding at most restaurants in the city, but everything was well- prepared. the mixed green salad was huge - we could have split it. My crispy duck entree was succulent. Service was timely but not rushed. We even had time for coffee and dessert. Will definitely return.
Would be better to have more food options especially for appetizers
Interesting and delicious food. Atmosphere was a really good vibe and music. Laid back but professional service.
i came here to celebrate my sisters birthday. first time customer also. service was great, but we were seated by the door and there was a constant draft. starters and drinks were great, but for dinner everyone did not finish so i would say it was ok. the jazz band was great and so was dessert. i would definitely come back for late night music, drinks and apps.
It was a great experience! Music was amazing!
Loved the ambiance and live music. Service was great and food was delicious, however portion size is quite small for the entrées, specifically the Flat Iron Steak and Bone Marrow as well as the Duck Confit. That said, we will definitely be back just may try a burger and wings instead of an entrée.
Time was fantastic! Ambiance was dark and candlelit but lively, service was friendly and laid back but prompt and accurate, food and drinks were delicious and reasonably priced. There was live music the night we were there and it was great. The stage was right in main dining area and the music present and lively but not too intrusive, so you could still talk with people at your table and actually be able to hear them, but you could also just listen to the music and enjoy your time more like a concert if you wanted to. Definitely want to visit again in the future!
Great staff. Very accommodating. The bar is well-stocked.
Our server was amazing. We loved the food and enjoyed the music especially with the students joining in. A great experience.
soooooo good! Will be back again and again. The live jazz band was a great tough also
Great food, drinks, live music and dance floor.
Restaurant week menu was great! Good sampling of what is offered.
We went for restaurant week and the service was not so good but that is expected for restaurant week. The food came out very slow. After completing the first two courses of the meal, the hostess came over to the table and said that we had to leave in 20 minutes because they need the table. We still had 3 courses to finish. She had no clue where we were on our meal and should have talked to the server first. She was rude to us and would not listen to us so we told her to leave and talk to the server. We arrived at 7 and did not leave the restaurant until 10. With a limited menu for restaurant week, the meal should not have taken so long. The drinks were so so. We were thinking that they were taking their time so we would drive up the bill with drinks. Also, the tacked on a $25 surcharge for live music. (5$pp) I am not against the surcharge but they should tell you in advanced. The food was less than spectacular. Risotto was flavorless, tuna was over cooked, the soup was 1 ladle and no seafood mostly potatoes. The appetizers and dessert were the only things that tasted good. We spent $540 for 5 people for dinner at restaurant week. Not a cheap meal and not a tasty one either. We will not return.
