This was my second trip to Tokyo and also my second trip to 511. They have the best Kobe Waygu beef I have had the fortune of tasting. I like how they do the tasting menu with multiple small courses before the main. The other courses are very inventive and challenging and were completely different from the ones I had the year before. The wait staff are excellent an attentive. I will make sure to visit everytime I find myself in Tokyo. More
