True Food Kitchen - Atlanta
The food was delicious. Wholesome, and not something I regretted afterwards. I loved sitting closer to kitchen area to watch all the activity. Bloody Mary was outstanding.
There is nothing not to like about this place. You can taste and feel the goodness of the food. I always get the Kale lemonade and crudités. And this time I also got the sunrise bowl for brunch- highly recommend it all.
We went back twice within 24 hours
Always enjoy a day or night out to True Food. Started with Bright Eyes and Honeydew Cooler, both excellent refreshers. For entrees we had the fish tacos and grilled chicken wrap. Chicken was a touch dry, otherwise great.
Amazing delicious food Such tasty healthy good food. Will be back
Everything was excellent, the food, drinks and ambiance...Perfect for date night!!
This isn’t my first time at True food Kitchen. The food is great and the staff is very friendly. I love how all the stuff on the menu has the calories and everything is not too bad for you .
An Atlanta staple for us
First time there and food was just what our bodies crave. Real, fresh, delicious food. Service was great.
Food was great but overpriced for lunch. Too loud to have a conversation.
I ordered the Korean noodle bowl as recommended to me with tofu at additional cost. Tofu was cubed and over-fried, so you could imagine from there. The Korean noodles itself could be had as a free side dish at most Korean restaurant. In summary, it is very over priced for the food itself.
Delicious, healthy food. Great atmosphere. Friendly service. Will definitely come back.
Good gluten free options, but a little bland. Service was great!
Very good food. Healthy. A tad expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for.
Totally love this place and definitely my go to. A bit pricey though for this type of place. Service was great thanks to Dave our server on Father’s Day ! Food was delish and fresh. Highly recommend
Awesome!!!!! As always. This I my favorite restaurant!!!!!!
I love the tastes at True Food, very good, fresh and inventive flavors; portions are small but maybe I’m just used to the huge plates of most restaurants.
Always a great dinner but I was a bit disappointed with the attentiveness if our server. I was out of water for quite sometime. I could see her rolling silverware but her back was to us and there was no way of getting her attention unless I got up and walked over there. I had a cocktail to sip on also but really wanted some water. The water glasses are small so it would make sense for waitstaff to bring a bottle of it to set on the table or pay a little more attention to their tables. The staff were friendly and the food delicious. I will go back.
Our server, Mariah, was phenomenal and attentive. My only issue was that I wrote food allergies in my reservation notes, but it didn't seem to make its way to the server, thus the dish I ordered and was given had an ingredient I cannot tolerate, so I had to order something else and it didn't get dropped at the table until after everyone else in the party was finished. Other than that, food was excellent. I love True Foods Kitchen - it is my go-to in any city I am in because of their allergy-friendly menu.
Great service and delicious food!
Very slow service. Seemed very disorganized. We were there for 1 1/2 hours and still hand't gotten our food.
The food was incredibly bland and portions are less than filling.
A friend of mine suggested to go with him and his boyfriend. The server was AMAZING!she was very detailed oriented, smiling all the time ,suggested food without being asked. Overall, the service was outstanding. Now the food, so I'm not vegan so I ordered Beef burger, I just want to the that for the amount of money we paid for 2 juices, one appetizer and 3 main courses, the bill was high. Small portions tho. It was noisy but full house so I understand. I would go again but probably only if this friend asks me to go.
This was our first time coming to TFK.. totally recommend reservations.. we got in quick.. the only issue we has was parking.. that place is busy ( you can Valet park for about 12$) the food was amazing!!! you can really taste the freshness. Cant wait to go back again!
This visit had some hiccups, but they did everything they could to recover and we left happy, as usual. True is just the best spot in Atlanta for super fresh, healthy food and positive, engaged service. We need one in midtown!
Great staff, great ambiance, good food. Really enjoyed my dinner here.
My girlfriend and I came in at 10:30 for a very late dinner after a long day at work. They closed at 11. We felt a little bad about coming in but our waitress was extremely sweet and treated us amazing, knowing that she would be serving us 20-30 minutes after they had closed. Customer service was above and beyond.
As always the best service and food!!!
This is my favorite restaurant!!!
Amazing, unique and healthy food choices! Best to reserve a table if going during lunch or normal dinner hours.
Had a friend in town.
Food took so long to arrive. When it did it was cold and it was below average. Really disappointed for the second time. We won’t be going back anytime soon
Food was delish! Experience was incredible! Perfect atmosphere for our work dinner!
My friend and I sat outside on the terrace and it was breezy and relaxing. I tried the new cauliflower polenta bowl and added grilled shrimp. It was truly delicious! It is served warm with vegetables, like a fresh light version of shrimp and grits. My friend had the chopped salad with grilled shrimp and raved about how good her lunch was also. The food quality is always top notch at True Foods because everything is fresh, in season and carefully prepared.
Great service ☺️ The food was good, but nothing too spectacular to be honest. Good drinks though 🍹and the restaurant is cute.
We had recently eaten at True Foods Kitchen in Jacksonville, FA and liked it. Unfortunately, we had a friend visiting from Alaska yesterday and took her to the one at Lenox Square in Atlanta. My chopped salad was not nearly as large as the one in FL. The Bloody Mary’s had so little liquor in them you didn’t know you you having a cocktail and there was no garnish. The price was not noticeable on the menu for the cocktails or we would not have paid that much and would have complained had we known before getting the $90 bill for brunch. I understand there will be a new location in Alpharetta next year and I certainly hope it will be better as I had recommended the restaurant to a number of people before going yesterday. I hope to be more pleased in the future but won’t be going back to the Lenox location.
Delicious food! Felt so healthy after I ate there! My out of town friends loved it as well.
As a holistic Health and Nutrition Coach I give this restaurant excellent ratings! The food was clean and nutrient dense and flavorful. Even the apples in the bin had the Organic PLU code! Love the EWG dirty dozen guide to herbicides and pesticides. Very important to the health of consumers.
First time, with coworkers after a successful day at the firm.
Will definitely be back!
