California Consumers’ Right to Opt-Out of Sales* of Personal Information

Starting January 1, 2020, California consumers have the right to opt out of “sales”* of their personal information.

You can opt out of “sales” of your personal information by completing the request form.

Additionally, you can submit a request by contacting our support department at or by calling 1-800-OPENTABLE. Finally, you may also manage your cookie preferences.

If you are an authorized agent requesting an individual’s right to opt out, please also include with your request the agency name, representative’s name, the date the individual submitted the request to you, and an attestation that you are authorized to submit a request on such individual’s behalf.
