The food was excellent, the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The location is convenient, and parking was very accessible, which made the experience even better. The only small thing for me personally was that the music was a little louder than I prefer, but I completely understand the vibe and energy they’re going for. We had the chicken schnitzel with spaetzle and it was perfect. Excellent dessert options. Great espresso. Loved it. Service was perfect. Attentive but not overbearing. They replaced cutlery between courses, which rarely happens even in better American restaurants. Special touches like the butter pats shaped like Porsche 911s, and the espresso marked with the Porsche logo, were well executed and creative. The setting is perfect. A view of both the south and west tracks at the Porsche Driving Experience, and let’s not forget the planes landing every minute. You can see them but you can barely hear them. Perfect.
