What a great experience. The chef, Joe came out several times to check on us and explain the plates. He was friendly and thorough in his explanation of the food. Our waitress was equally as impressive. The food was outstanding as well. We had a few appetizers that were fantastic, the sweet corn elote skillet, skillet cornbread, and the baked Colorado goat cheese. Amazing. My main was the half chicken rotisserie and that was phenomenal as well. Would definitely recommend a visit to Copper Table.

Quality of food was outstanding. I would come again but definitely do not order appetizers and entrees at the same time. Our entrees came 4-5 minutes after our appetizers were delivered. We had plates stacked up all over the place. I would definitely wait until you finish your appetizers before you actually order your entree.

We love to eat there whenever we have to catch a red eye, or stay overnight to take a morning flght out of Denver. The food is consistentently good and the staff is always very nice.
