I rate this experience a 10/10, as both my partner's steak and my own were prepared to a perfect medium-rare and possessed an excellent texture. She was the perfect amount of attentive. I ordered the prix fixed menu with wine pairing and my husband had the beef wellington. The scallops were fabulous. The pea purée was a good texture. Our beef wellingtons were cooked to perfection and melt in your mouth. The sticky toffee pudding was the perfect finish. It's sweet in all the best ways. I'm so glad I got the wine pairings for my meal. They were perfect. Everything from start to finish was spectacular. I only wished we would have been seated in the front where we could watch the chefs cook.
