​We started Namo in 2020 from our home kitchen in Brighton. It was lockdown, and cooking became our way to stay connected: sharing real Thai food made fresh, with care and good ingredients. People welcomed what we were doing, and before long, we moved into The Eagle Pub, where Namo began to grow. The food, the energy, and the people around it gave us the confidence to dream bigger.Now, at 24 Ship Street, the food we create comes from our founder’s roots in northern Thailand from her memories, her journey, and the flavours she grew up with.
