We began our meal with the Tuna tartare appetizer, which was declicious, and when additionnal wonton crisps were requested they showed up within minutes. I had the Branzino, so very good, they do know how to cook fish, and my partner had the special,grilled Octopus, which was unbelieveably good, superbly prepared and plentiful. All highly recommended: Waygu steak frittes, short rib, chicken pot pie (deconstructed), and salmon. When things didn't go well, the waiter Ken and manager Matt, made sure to make things perfect.
