Over time we’ve gotten to know Flo, and he consistently makes every dinner feel special from the moment we sit down. His warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality elevate the entire experience. Dining with Flo is like dining in France — relaxed, welcoming, effortlessly elegant, and full of charm. He has an incredible way of making you feel like a valued guest rather than just another table. The food is always wonderful, but Flo is the reason we keep coming back. Thank you for another memorable night. We’ll definitely be back soon!

We had a great datenight. The service was very good and the food was delicious. The artwork on the walls was awesome. This is a place we will visit again.

Top Brass (in the Hotel Dax) just opened up in Addison near Midway and Proton. Our Saturday Supper Club decided to check it out and we were not disappointed. This restaurant is going to catch on! Great apps menu and outstanding wine (prices were great too). The fried quail app was fantastic. The Salmon was also great! Check this out before you can’t get a seat!
