Absolutely incredible experience at Bolero! From the moment we walked in, everything was perfect. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the service was attentive and friendly, and the food was outstanding. Every cut of meat was cooked perfectly, flavorful, and served continuously by the amazing staff. The salad bar was fresh, beautifully presented, and had so many delicious options. What really made the night special was how consistent everything was — quality, service, and overall experience were all top-notch. And the price was fantastic as well — absolutely amazing value for what you get. The endless variety, quality of the food, and overall dining experience make it completely worth it. I think that pampa’s is the best Brazilian steakhouse in Calgary! The meats are always so tender and flavourful. The service is prompt and attentive, and the side buffet bar has an extensive variety!!
