This is a roaming version of Brazilian barbecue where meat-gluttons can eat themselves happy. Here’s the deal. For a flat price (plus a fiver for seafood options) you choose all you can eat from the buffet salads and Brazilian hot dish bars. Then a parade of skilful passadors – or meat carvers – comes to your table with giant skewers and a ridiculous array of meat, meat and more meat. Leg of lamb, most bits of the cow, chicken thighs and wings and hearts, upper pig and lower pig – you’ve got the drift.
