We hadn't been to this restaurant for 15 - 16 years; "the boys" and I were as impressed with the experience today as we were then. The meat quality and seasoning is what stood out for us. We eat this type of steak often enough to know that Plataforma isn't overdoing the salt and the tenderness of the cuts, even flank steak, was exceptional.
